Johnny removed the plasterboard and old fireplace, chipped off some of the old plaster, white washed the walls and installed the stove..

we have chipped off all the plaster in the top room [the 'ladies' in a former guise..], reset the window, painted the ceiling and whitewashed the walls (brick & field stone)
